We may make editorial revisions to submitted material or decline your submission if it does not meet campus and University guidelines. News releases must be submitted at least four weeks in advance.

We publish information regarding college-sponsored events and activities, news of record (awards, appointments, grants, partings and passings, publications, lectures), and personal features that may be of interest to the campus and local communities.
Please note: We do not publish solicitations or commercial materials for other entities or information about events that are not open to the general public.
