Jayme Fullerton of Estée Lauder to speak at Penn State Fayette

LEMONT FURNACE, Pa. — Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus will host guest speaker Jayme Fullerton, former Uniontown High School graduate, at noon on Monday, Feb. 19, in the Magerko Auditorium on campus in celebration of National Engineers Week. This event is free and open to the public.

Fullerton graduated from Penn State in 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering. Nearly a decade later, after a series of dynamic roles in business analysis, distribution, and project supply and chain management, she completed a master’s degree in business administration at Villanova University.

Today, Fullerton is the U.S. Transportation Manager at the Pennsylvania Distribution Center for Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in the prestige beauty category. Fullerton’s presentation, “Know Yourself,” will talk about her high school experiences and why she chose to go into engineering for a career, and will detail the importance of flexibility, adaptability and tenacity in navigating education, career paths, and life as a mother.

“I hope attendees can relate to something in my story and then be able to write their own,” said Fullerton.
