Penn State Day on Oct. 15 will provide a local opportunity for prospective students and their families to learn about academics, student life, admissions, financial aid, and more at one of the nation’s top universities. This open house will take place at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus beginning at 9:00 a.m.
At Penn State Day, current high school students, recent high school grads, transfer students, or returning adults will discover what the University offers at its 20 campuses across Pennsylvania. At the Fayette campus, students can complete 10 baccalaureate degrees and seven associate degrees, or they can start the first two years of more than 160 Penn State majors.
Attendees of the Penn State Day open house will be able to speak with faculty, current Penn State Fayette students, and admissions counselors. Other activities include a campus tour, workshops for applying to Penn State, student aid services, and a look at student life. At the conclusion of the program, prospective students and their families can enjoy a complimentary lunch.
The University will waive its $65 application fee for those who apply on Penn State Day.
