Nicholas Villanueva earned his doctorate in history with a concentration in race and ethnicity in the 20th-century U.S. His passion for research on race, sexuality and sport; nationhood and nationalism; and lynching and collective violence in modern U.S. history has earned him several esteemed awards. Join us for a presentation by Villanueva titled “Microaggressions: The Impact of Spoken and Unspoken Communication.”
