Springsteen tribute band to play at 6th annual benefit for student aid

LEMONT FURNACE, Pa. — Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus will host its sixth annual Benefit Fayette Fundraiser on Saturday, May 20, featuring The BStreetBand, The Original Springsteen Tribute Band, inside the Community Center.

The BStreetBand is a popular Bruce Springsteen tribute band with more than three decades of experience. They have performed for large crowds across the United States, capturing the essence of Springsteen’s music and entertaining die-hard fans and newcomers alike.

Benefit Fayette proceeds go directly to student aid through the general scholarship fund and student emergency fund. Ninety percent of Fayette students are eligible for financial aid, nearly half of which are first-generation college students. 

This student aid fundraiser will open with a cocktail hour, followed by a barbeque themed buffet by The Historic Stone House Restaurant. This year, there are two ways to participate in the program.

“Dinner and a Concert” ($80): Doors open at 6 p.m. 

Guests may select the “Dinner and a Concert” reservation, which includes a buffet provided by The Historic Stone House and premium seating for The BStreetBand, a Tribute to Bruce Springsteen. 

“Concert Only” ($40): Doors open at 8 p.m., performance at 8:30 p.m. 

Guests may select the “Concert Only” reservation, which includes general admission seating for The BStreetBand, a Tribute to Bruce Springsteen. Note that this does not include food or beverages.

Reservations 

Faculty, staff, alumni and community members are invited to attend. Reservations for the “Dinner and a Concert” option must be made by May 5. Reservations for the “Concert Only” option must be made by May 17.
