The Advisory Board of Penn State Fayette has named Gina Marie Watts and Ronald M. Sheba, respectively, as the 2023 recipients of the Outstanding Alumna and Outstanding Fellow awards, presented at the board’s annual meeting on May 18 at the campus Community Center in honor of their professional achievements.
