Congratulations on being selected as an eligible member of the 2021-22 4.0 Club.
We know how much this honor means to you and your family, and Penn State Fayette is honored once again to host the 12th Annual Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus and United Bank 4.0 Club recognition ceremony, on Tuesday, July 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the Penn State Fayette Community Center.
The ceremony will recognize each student, by high school, who has earned a cumulative 4.0 GPA. You will hear from the club’s sponsors, past 4.0 Club members who have continued their academic success in college, as well as receive a certificate and gift in recognition of your scholarly accomplishments. Light refreshments will be served after the program.
You have already been selected by your high school counselor as being eligible for the 4.0 Club, but you must complete the online form to complete your membership. Please complete the entire form by June 30. Once submitted, you will receive additional information and reminders about the event.
Congratulations on being a 4.0 student!
NOTE: Once students complete the online form, they are automatically a member of the 4.0 Club. However, students MUST attend the recognition event to receive the certificate and gift.
