Plus, adding extracurricular organizations to your resume can help secure full-time job positions after graduation. GRAB FREE PENN STATE MERCH DURING WELCOME WEEK

The Office of Student Affairs will provide free University merchandise to current students inside the Williams Building between Aug. 26 and 30, each day beginning at 12:15 p.m. while supplies last. Arrive early, because this annual event attracts a lot of people, and there's sure to be a line! Participants could receive a Penn State bluetooth speaker, laptop backpack, tumbler, and more.

Our student activities calendar is priced with affordability in mind, perfect for fun throughout the semester. Watch the Nittany Lions compete against the UCLA Bruins at University Park, spend Halloween at the Moundsville Penitentiary, enjoy live music at our annual Concert on the Lawn, and so much more. Activity calendars can be found inside the Williams Building near the Office of Student Affairs, or on the Fayette campus' website.

WATCH THE USCAA SMALL COLLEGE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Fayette campus will host the 2024 United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) volleyball and cross-country Small College National Championships. Founded in 2001, the USCAA is based in Pittsburgh and serves as the national governing body for small college athletics. This year's championships will bring together college teams from across the nation, set for Nov. 7-11, 2024.
