Deborah Stoy is a faculty member at the Penn State Fayette Eberly Campus. Deborah specializes in women's health, with a focus on labor and delivery plus obstetrics. A significant accomplishment in her graduate work was creating an orientation program in a local obstetric unit utilizing didactic and simulation to transition the new graduate nurse from novice to expert. She recently presented at the PNEG conference in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on opioid crisis awareness through simulation and community engagement. In addition, Deborah enjoys spending time with family and friends.
