Biography
I have worked in the state and federal criminal justice system for 34 years. I have taught as a Lecturer for Weber State and American University, and full time at Penn State since 2011. I first taught at Penn State Shenango, New Kensington and Beaver as a shared full time faculty member in criminal justice. In 2019, I applied for a full time position at Penn State Fayette. I have worked here in Fayette since August 2019.
Research Interests
The impact of restorative justice on our criminal justice system. The correlation between victims having more involvement in the process to promote empowerment to the victim and provide a chance for accountability to the offender for the harm caused to their victim.
