Scholarship Dinner Student Response

As a recipient of a donor-funded Penn State Fayette scholarship, you and up to two guests are invited to attend the 14th Annual Scholarship Donor Dinner at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15 in the Café 65, Community Center.

Please submit this response form no later than Wednesday, November 1, whether or not you are able to attend.

Student recipients attend free of charge; the cost for each guest is $25 and must be paid in advance by check made payable to “Penn State.” Checks can be dropped off in the Admissions and Student Aid Office, 110 Eberly Building, or mailed to Office of Development and Alumni Relations, Penn State Fayette, 2201 University Drive, Lemont Furnace, PA 15456.
