Student Emergency Fund Request Form

Please complete the following form to request consideration for financial assistance through the Penn State Fayette Student Emergency Fund.

The endowed funds were established to help alleviate financial barriers that would prevent students from paying part of their tuition bill, purchasing books, paying rent, acquiring food staples, making vehicle payments or repairs, and addressing any other situation in which financial assistance would benefit the student’s well-being. Your request for funding is administered and approved by the Chancellor and the Director of Enrollment Management.
