Located on a beautiful 100-acre campus, Penn State Beaver offers students an opportunity to immerse themselves in a close-knit community while exploring various academic programs, organizations, and athletics.

Explore Penn State Fayette

Surrounded by mountains and located in the picturesque Laurel Highlands, Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus offers students a peaceful environment close to all the action. About an hour from Pittsburgh and set in a rural area, students at the Fayette campus get the best of both worlds.

The Fayette campus offers:

  • Nine bachelor’s degree programs and five associate degree programs.
  • Fifteen student clubs and organizations.
  • Nine varsity sports.
  • An average enrollment of 500 students with 47 percent of the student population being first-generation.

Explore Penn State Greater Allegheny

Penn State Greater Allegheny is a campus overflowing with charm. Located in Allegheny County, which is home to over 32,000 Penn State alumni, the Greater Allegheny campus is the closest Penn State campus to the city of Pittsburgh. Students looking to pursue their studies at a campus with small class sizes, access to research opportunities, including participation in honors programs and research can find their home at the Greater Allegheny campus.

The Greater Allegheny campus offers:

  • Ten bachelor’s degree programs and three associate degree programs.
  • Nineteen student clubs and organizations.
  • Six varsity sports.
  • On-campus housing.
  • An average enrollment of 420 students with 45 percent of the student population being first-generation.

Explore Penn State New Kensington

Situated less than an hour from downtown Pittsburgh, Penn State New Kensington offers students a close-knit community and endless connections. The New Kensington campus is made for those looking to get involved and make an impact.

The New Kensington campus offers:

  • Eleven bachelor’s degree programs and four associate degree programs.
  • Fifteen student clubs and organizations.
  • Six varsity sports.
  • And an average enrollment of 500 students.

Penn State Shenango is our westernmost campus in the state. If you are looking for a college experience where you will work one-on-one with faculty, develop leadership skills through athletics and campus organizations, and be connected to a close-knit campus community, then the Shenango campus just might be your perfect match!

The Shenango campus offers:

  • Fourteen bachelor’s degree programs and five associate degree programs.
  • More than ten student clubs and organizations.
  • Five varsity sports.
  • An average enrollment of 450 students.

Considering Dual Enrollment?

Interested in taking college courses while in high school? Participate in our dual enrollment program to get a jump start on your college career! This program provides students with the opportunity to take courses on a Penn State campus, with Penn State students, and learn from world-renowned faculty.

Seniors in high school can take up to two courses each semester and receive a grant to cut the cost of tuition in half! By the end of your senior year you can graduate high school with up to sixteen Penn State college credits – that’s equivalent to an entire semester!
