LEMONT FURNACE, Pa. — The Nursing Program at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, will hold an information session March 22 for nurses interested in the Nurse Practitioner Options of the master of science in nursing (M.S.N.) degree program. The session will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. in room 218 of the Biomedical Building on the Fayette campus in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania.
Penn State Fayette offers two areas of specialization for the Nurse Practitioner Option: Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Most courses are offered on campus using videoconferencing technology; some courses are offered online. Graduates are eligible for national certification and state licensure in their specialty areas.
