Penn State Fayette will be hosting an in-person commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Center Main Arena. There will also be a “live stream” of the event which will broadcast via Zoom (https://psu.zoom.us/j/93982999187).
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our students, guests and campus communities remains of paramount importance. Our ceremony will follow requirements for masking, physical distancing, and state and federal guidelines for gatherings.
- All students, guests, faculty and staff at commencement are required to wear face masks and maintain physical distancing from others to help minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.
- Every student and guest is required to have a ticket. Due to capacity limitations, no one will be admitted without a ticket.
Each graduate will be able to invite two guests. You will be receiving a separate email from MarchingOrder with instructions regarding the online ticketing system. You must RSVP and reserve tickets for your guests through the ticketing system. Graduates who indicate they will be participating in commencement will receive a GradPass. You will need to enter your guests’ email addresses to reserve their tickets. You will need to print your GradPass and guest tickets or be able to show your GradPass/ticket on your phone. Codes on the tickets will be scanned at the Community Center entrance.
Please RSVP and order your tickets as soon as possible after you receive the link from MarchingOrder. It is essential that we have an accurate count for planning purposes.
Caps and gowns are available for purchase at the campus bookstore for $50. Please visit the bookstore at your earliest convenience to try on and purchase your cap and gown. Don’t wait until the last minute, in case your gown needs to be ordered.
