As part of a large land-grant university, Penn State Fayette strives to provide an outstanding educational experience at a reasonable cost to any qualified student. Though our tuition is reasonable compared to private institutions, many of our students work long hours and take out loans to pay for their education. For some, even modest tuition costs push a college degree out of their reach. As support from the Commonwealth decreases (we now receive less than 10% of our total operating budget from Pennsylvania), students and their families bear more of the financial burden. Currently, Penn State receives less money per full-time student than any other public university in Pennsylvania or any Big Ten school.
The future of our state and our nation is in the hands of tomorrow's leaders — the students we are educating today! You can make a difference in the life of a student and in the future of our country. You may make a pledge, payable on a convenient schedule, or you may give an outright gift. All gifts are tax deductible. Please consider making a gift to help us reach our goal.

An accessible education has always been part of the Penn State University mission. The availability of scholarship support for current students is critical to the success of Penn State Fayette. Each year, the scholarship dollars donated by alumni and friends of the University are awarded to hundreds of deserving students who may not otherwise have the ability to attend college. This, as always, remains a key area of need at the Fayette campus.
However, unrestricted dollars are ever more important for Penn State Fayette. Unrestricted money donated from alumni and friends supports the life of the Campus on an annual basis. These donations are particularly vital as they can be used immediately, wherever the need is greatest as deemed by the campus. Unrestricted dollars support our continued growth and success, providing essential financial aid, enhancing student life, attracting and retaining outstanding faculty and staff, upgrading technology, and improving campus facilities. Every gift is important–whatever the amount. Together, alumni and friends enhance the University experience for all of us.
