Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus is known for its impressive fundraising for Penn State’s Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, having been the first campus to raise more than a million dollars for children with cancer. Demonstrating that concern for sick children does not stop at the state line, however, six undergraduates from the Fayette campus donated part of their summer paychecks to the Children’s Miracle Network at West Virginia University Children’s Hospital.

The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) has awarded two contracts totaling more than a million dollars to the Center for Community and Public Safety (CCPS) at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus to develop courses for about 1,300 constables and 2,500 deputy sheriffs throughout Pennsylvania, it was announced today (Sept. 14).
