Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus International Food Showcase

Cheryl Tkacs hands a plate of Spanish mussel and sausage paella to first-year Criminal Justice major and Fiji native Siteri Tale at the International Food Showcase, held April 12 at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus. This event, which featured foods from seven nations, received national attention when Snapchat featured it as a Campus Story for a day.

Dr. Gib Prettyman with Alumni/Student Award for Excellence in Teaching plaque

Gib Prettyman of Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus displays a plaque that commemorates his being selected to receive the 2017 Alumni/Student Award for Excellence in Teaching. The associate professor of English was one of only three faculty members statewide to receive this honor, which also came with a cash award, in addition to a grant for the English department at the Fayette campus.

Pennsylvania College of Technology will hold three commencement ceremonies May 12-13 at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport for the more than 900 students who have petitioned to graduate following the spring 2017 semester.
