Dear applicant,

Thank you for your interest in The Mountaintop Foundation Scholarship. You must meet the eligibility requirements to apply.

To be considered for a scholarship, please complete each of the following steps:

Step 1: Review the Mountaintop Foundation Scholarship Information Sheet carefully. Make sure that you meet the qualifications for eligibility. If you have any questions about the scholarship or the application, please call 724-430-4132.

Step 2: If you have not already done so, complete your application to Penn State Fayette.

Step 3: Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Step 4: Complete the Mountaintop Foundation Scholarship Application. Answer all questions completely, sign your application electronically, and submit.

Step 5: Have three Character Recommendation Forms completed by adults (not relatives), who know you and your abilities well. Have your recommenders submit their electronic Character Recommendation Forms on or before March 15.
