Supervision Essentials Training

Employee retention and engagement are key to successful companies. This program is designed by a faculty team with both academic and managerial experience. This training is for first level supervisors, managers new to supervising others, and/or individuals likely to move into a supervision role. All classes are held in a video-conferencing classroom, using Zoom video-conferencing technology. Each course also has online learning components.

The courses are offered in four (4) half-day modules (12–16 contact hours).

Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities

Course Content

Module 1: Meeting Supervisory Responsibilities

Module 2: Communicating Effectively

  • Interpersonal Communication

Dates: Wednesday evenings, February 2 to February 23, 2022
(This course is delivered in four 4-hour sessions.)

Times: 5:00 to 9:00 pm

Location: Virtual instructor-led training via Zoom videoconferencing.

Cost: $745 per person
($695 per person when 3+ participants register from the same organization at the same time.)
