More than 140 students took the stage May 7 as Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer Charles Patrick conferred academic degrees on them during the 46th commencement ceremony at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus.
The spring Learning Fair, held April 26 at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus was a showcase of creativity and intelligence that featured prize-winning projects on electromagnetics and the strengths of materials.
A group of student researchers from Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus won the University Libraries Award for Information Literacy’s grand prize at the 2016 Undergraduate Exposition. The exposition, held April 6, communicates and celebrates the participation of undergraduate students from across the University in research and creative endeavors.

In conjunction with national observance of Veterans Day last week, Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus held a number of events as part of its commitment to veterans, including a memorial service, a lunch for student veterans, a college application session, and a breakfast promoting a dialogue between government and community organizations to effect positive change for those who served.
When Charles Patrick assumed the role of chancellor and chief academic officer of Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus last year, he made students the top priority. “We’re all about student success,” became his mantra.
With a four-day session scheduled for November, the University is continuing to implement bystander intervention instructor certification training as part of its efforts to combat sexual misconduct and create safe campus environments.
