Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus will offer an RN-to-BS in Nursing completion program at the Monongahela Valley Hospital beginning Jan. 12. This program is targeted to the working registered nurse (RN).

Scouting has played a significant role in the life of Charles Patrick, chancellor and chief academic officer of Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus — from his youth, when he was a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout, to adulthood, when his two sons began Scouting and he served as a leader. The fall 2016 CEO Conversations series at Penn State Fayette, the Eberly Campus, sponsored by Ford Business Machines, opened Oct. 19 with an insightful speech by a distinguished alumnus, Mark Kempic, who spoke about the University’s impact on his career and life.
Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus raised approximately $197,000 for scholarships at the inaugural Benefit Fayette, held Saturday, Oct. 15. The evening’s highlight was the announcement of a $100,000 gift from Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and 84 Lumber founder Joe Hardy in honor of his wife, Jodi, a 1998 nursing graduate of the Fayette campus.
Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus will host two Nursing Exploration Days this semester. These events, which are designed for high school students interested in learning more about this in-demand health care career, will take place at the Bio-Medical Building Oct. 28 and Nov. 18 between 9:00 a.m. and noon.
