Civil Rights icon speaks at Penn State Fayette

The Eberly Foundation, in partnership with Penn State, has commissioned a bronze sculpture of prominent Civil Rights icon the Rev. James Lawson Jr. to be installed at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus in late 2023. American sculptor Vinnie Bagwell was selected to complete the work.

Photo submission for new Penn State id+ cards now active

Penn State students, faculty and staff with older versions of the id+ card are being asked to submit new photos ahead of re-carding events that will be held University-wide during the spring 2023 semester. There are multiple ways to submit a photo, and photos will be accepted from Nov. 7 through Nov. 23.

Charles E. Hunnell establishes scholarship at Penn State Fayette

Charles E. Hunnell, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, has pledged $200,000 to establish the Florence Vernon Hunnell Scholarship at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus. The scholarship, named for Hunnell’s late mother, will benefit full-time students at the campus, with preference given to Greene County residents.
